How does the Female Hifz program work?

Hifz depends on revision as much as on new lessons, so each class follows the traditional structure:

  • Sabaq, the new lesson, usually a few lines
  • Sabqi, a recent revision of the last days' lessons
  • Manzil, the older portions, revised in turn

The teacher listens to every recitation and corrects mistakes of Tajweed as well as of memory, so the verses are learned correctly the first time.

Who is ready for hifz?

A student should be able to read the Quran with reasonable accuracy before starting. If not, the sensible first step is Noorani Qaida or a reading course, and the teacher will say so after the trial class. For girls, she looks at age, school load and how much quiet time the family can protect each day. Adult sisters are welcome too.

See Kids Noorani Qaida or classes for adult sisters if reading comes first.

What does a class and a week look like?

Classes are live, private and one-to-one on Zoom, 30 minutes each, with a digital pen and on-screen slides. The teacher uses positive reinforcement, and reward stickers for younger students. The Intensive Hifz track runs five days a week, which suits daily revision. Families who cannot manage five days can start on a lighter plan and ask to change later.

Practice at home is essential. Hifz is built on listening, repeating and revising every day, ideally with a parent or family member who can hear the lesson.

We do not promise a number of lines, juz or a date for finishing. Progress depends on age, practice at home, regularity of attendance and your daughter's own memory. After the trial class the teacher will describe a realistic pace and the family agrees it with her.

Parents may ask on WhatsApp at +92 305 9637306 for the details of the teacher's qualification, and how hifz classes are run, before enrolling.

How do we begin, and what does it cost?

The free 3-day trial is arranged through the form or on WhatsApp, subject to teacher availability. Classes are booked around your time zone (USA, UK, Canada and Australia), and you may ask about weekend slots.

Private 30-minute plans are $45 a month for two days a week, $65 for three days and $99 for five days (the Intensive Hifz track). See tuition and pricing or request a free trial.

Questions about best female quran in United States

What are sabaq, sabqi and manzil?

Sabaq is the new portion learned that day. Sabqi is the revision of what was learned in the last few days. Manzil is the older material, revised in a regular cycle so it stays firm. Together they make hifz a daily habit rather than a race to add new lines.

Can my daughter start hifz before she reads well?

We suggest she can read the Quran with reasonable accuracy first, because memorising wrong letters or Tajweed is hard to undo. The teacher will check this in the trial class and tell you honestly whether to start hifz now or build reading first.

Is five days a week required?

No. The Intensive Hifz track is five days a week and is designed for daily revision, but you can start on a lighter plan. Tell the teacher what your family can manage, and she will suggest a pace. You can ask to change plans later.

How much should we practise at home?

Daily practice is the heart of hifz. The teacher will tell you how much time to set aside, and what a parent can do to help, such as listening to the sabaq and prompting the revision. Even a short fixed time each day works better than irregular long sessions, and it keeps older portions from fading.

Do you issue a hifz certificate?

No certificate is promised. The classes aim to help a student memorise and revise carefully with correct Tajweed, at a pace agreed with the teacher. The teacher will explain at the trial how progress is reviewed with parents. Please ask on WhatsApp if you have questions about what the course includes before you enrol.
